A Great Systema Solo Exercise

 

All martial arts have exercises and drills you can practice on your own.  Systema has a number of interesting solo exercises and in this video I am performing one of them.

 

At Combat Lab we call this exercise Log Juggling. Not only does this drill develop whole body coordination and power generation it also teaches us to work with the inertia of an object.
